What a crazy coupla week? On Friday, late evening we received an order for a wedding cake... it was 20 kilos in total, so a 3 tier wedding cake, plus 5 seperate ones. All this had to be ready by Sunday morning! Yowsers!!! Talk about late notice!I don't usually agree to last minute orders, but it was for a lovely client of ours, whose friend was getting married and their order elsewhere was bodged up in a big way. No bride likes to have these kinda woes 2 days before the wedding right?!
I must have punched out over 300 flowers...
