What a crazy coupla week? On Friday, late evening we received an order for a wedding cake... it was 20 kilos in total, so a 3 tier wedding cake, plus 5 seperate ones. All this had to be ready by Sunday morning! Yowsers!!! Talk about late notice!I don't usually agree to last minute orders, but it was for a lovely client of ours, whose friend was getting married and their order elsewhere was bodged up in a big way. No bride likes to have these kinda woes 2 days before the wedding right?!
I must have punched out over 300 flowers...

These Barbies are soooo awesome... wondering though are they like proper tourta cakes or like the british ones, that are spongie cakes (not so nice sorry)... want to know as I am thinking to do smthng like that for my God daughter but I prefer to be a tourta than a cake...
